We are at Via Cittadella 22, in the Porta al Prato neighbourhood, five minutes on foot from Santa Maria Novella station. The person who answers knows the property inside out.
Our history and how we operate
How it began
The Key started in 2021 with a simple observation: most accommodation is managed by someone who has never seen the room. We decided to do the opposite. We manage everything directly and communicate clearly with every guest.
How we work
Prices that do not change after booking, photos that match the room, distances measured on foot. If a problem comes up during your stay, we handle it. We do not transfer you to anyone else.

We reply within 24 hours
You get an answer every time, weekends included. A real person responds, not an automated system.
We sort it out ourselves
If something goes wrong during your stay, call or message us directly. No external helplines, no waiting.

Every photo shows the actual room. Every distance is measured on foot from our front door.

Via Cittadella 22 is 5 minutes from Santa Maria Novella station. The Duomo, Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio are all reachable on foot.
